Lemon

Citrus limon fruit, exceptionally rich in natural citric acid, ascorbic acid (vitamin C), and bioflavonoids (hesperidin, eriocitrin). Citric acid is metabolized into alkaline bicarbonate, dramatically increasing urinary citrate excretion and raising urinary pH, which prevents calcium oxalate and uric acid crystallization into kidney stones.
